You don't need fixing, You just need a little support. Work with someone who won't pathologize you.
Service Description
GST-exempt · Fee set in accordance with BCACC fee guidelines I am now retired from trauma-focused practice and no longer specialize in treating mental illness. Instead, my counselling work focuses on the life challenges that come with being human—the transitions, stressors, decisions and changing identities that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain or disconnected from ourselves. This is a warm, practical space to think out loud, understand what is happening beneath the surface and find a clearer way forward. You do not need a diagnosis or a crisis to benefit from counselling. Sometimes you simply need an experienced person who can hold the complexity, ask meaningful questions and help you hear your own wisdom again. What We Can Explore Life, relationship and career transitions Stress, overwhelm and burnout ADHD and the realities of a beautifully busy mind Entrepreneurship and professional identity Boundaries, self-trust and difficult decisions Grief, change and unexpected chapters Creativity, meaning and personal fulfilment Building a life and body of work that feel like your own A Human-Centred Approach I bring two decades of experience in psychology and wellness, along with the perspective of a Registered Clinical Counsellor, entrepreneur, clinic founder, author, publisher and creative consultant. My style is warm, direct, intuitive and deeply human. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system, your circumstances and the season of life you are in. This is not trauma treatment or intensive mental-health care. It is thoughtful clinical counselling for people navigating life, work, change and the beautifully complicated experience of being human.
