Service Description

Consultation for Entrepreneurs & ADHD Minds (GST exempt - fee set in accordance with the BCACC fee guidelines). Entrepreneurship asks a lot of you — clarity, courage, creativity, resilience. And when you also live with ADHD or a beautifully busy brain, running a business can feel like juggling ideas, emotions, deadlines, and self-doubt all at once. This service is for founders, creatives, consultants, healers, and multi-passionate humans who want experienced guidance and grounded mentorship — without hustle-culture pressure. I bring years of experience as a former clinician, clinic director, author, publisher, and creative consultant to help you build a business that actually fits how you think, feel, and work. This is not therapy. It’s thoughtful, strategic, human-centered consultation — a place to think out loud, get unstuck, and design systems that support you. What We Can Work On ADHD-informed support: • focus, motivation & follow-through • prioritizing what matters • reducing overwhelm • creating realistic systems & routines Business & practice strategy: • starting or growing a service-based business • leaving agency or group work • building or closing a group practice • redefining your work or career direction • pricing, packaging & communicating value • values-aligned marketing & visibility • expanding into consulting, writing, publishing & teaching This is a shame-free space where you get both clarity and compassion. A Neurodivergent-Friendly Lens ADHD isn’t a flaw — it’s a different operating system. We’ll create ways of working that honour your energy, creativity, and humanity. You don’t need to “fix” yourself to succeed. You need support that actually matches how you function. How This Differs From Coaching This work blends reflection, strategy, and grounded mentorship informed by real-world leadership and entrepreneurship. It does not replace therapy, legal, or financial advice — it is professional consultation. Who This Is For Entrepreneurs, creatives, consultants, former or current helping professionals, ADHD & neurodivergent founders, and anyone wanting a sustainable, values-based business. People often describe my style as warm, practical, intuitive, and deeply human. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system — and the season of life you’re in. If you’re ready for clarity, structure, and support, I’d love to walk alongside you as you shape the next chapter of your work.
