Where
psychology
meets creative possibility
I’m a psychotherapist, artist, author, and creative guide. I help people understand themselves more deeply—and bring what matters most into the world.
HOLLY SMEE, MA, RCC · KELOWNA + ONLINE
THE THREAD THROUGH IT ALL
I help people make meaning, make change, and make things.
My work has always lived at the intersection of inner transformation and creative expression. Whether we’re untangling a difficult chapter or turning a half-imagined idea into a book, deck, or business, we begin the same way: with curiosity, compassion, and the truth of where you are.

MEET HOLLY
I have never fit neatly into one box.
So I stopped trying.
I’m Holly Smee, MA, RCC—a licensed psychotherapist with two decades in psychology and wellness, and a lifelong artist, author, publisher, deck creator, and serial entrepreneur.
My clinical work taught me how stories shape a life. My creative work taught me we can make new ones. Today, I bring both worlds together to help people create change that is meaningful, beautiful, and real.
TESTIMONIALS
“Holly has transformed my online presence with her magical touch… Her strategic brilliance has helped me connect with my audience in deeper, more meaningful ways.”
- SARK, Best Selling Author
I am in love with all the amazing work Holly has created not just for me, but for the world. She surpassed my greatest expectations in all that she created, and she did it all so quickly. She designed a beautiful website, tapping into my vision, and also created a logo, business card, turned audio into stunning reels, and has a knack for social media engagement.
I’d hire her again in a heartbeat!
- Hollywood Producer & Screenwriter, David Rotman
"I have been absolutely blessed by working with Holly on a very dear project to my art, The White Cat's Wisdom Oracle deck. Not only does Holly provide remarkable advice on what is needed every step of the way, based on her own experience in deck creation, marketing, and networking, but she is also a wonderfully gifted designer and artist. Holly is a treasure to work with, with a communication always open, and her very generous heart. I highly recommend working with Holly to make your dreams come true!"

You don’t need fixing. You need a place to hear yourself think.
What if your many interests are the point—not the problem?
From dream to done: the brave middle of creating something real.

You don't have to carry it alone.
